Ugh! My order came!

I say "ugh" because there is ANOTHER defect.

That makes FOUR items that I have to return!!!

This is just getting REALLY ridiculous!

I ordered the On-the-Go Outfit last week (on Tuesday or Wednesday), and it finally came today. I LOVE the skirt, the jacket, and the shirt, but the pants, OH the pants [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] .

They are sewn INSIDE-OUT! The seam part (with fabric sticking out, if that makes any sense) is on the OUTSIDE. The thing is, so are the stripes. And the tag in on the inside. I am about to email AG CS with the item numbers of the items I have to return and exchange. This is just making me sick. I was so looking forward to receiving this order, and it comes, and I have to exchange it (which will probably take another week or so).

AG, if you are reading this, you had better shape up. There have been WAY to many complaints about your products on this board within the last 6 months. You are bound to keep losing customers by constantly sending defective products to them.

I hate to say it, but the On-the-Go pants are supposed to be that way. I guess it is trendy or something. I thought it was a defect to but CS told me they are supposed to be that way.

Wow, that's...strange. I've never seen girl pants like that before. It really bugs me with the strips of fabric sticking out on the front and the sides. Oh well. Thanks for the info!

Yeah, they are supposed to looks like that with some of the inside rolled onto the outside (does that make sense?) Here are some pictures. The third picture shows the way the pants are rolled up.

Oh, I'm sorry you are not happy with them, but at least they are supposed to be that way....Are you going to send them back?

I'm just going to keep the outfit. I really like everything but the pants, which are okay, although I really would have preferred if they were sewn the right way.

I have shirt (for myself) that has a raw edge look to it and almost looks inside out to some people.
